On November 1, 2008, Paradigm Realty merged with AdvantEdge Real Estate Group, forming one of the largest independent real estate brokerages in the Oklahoma City Metro area. Paradigm Realty opened in December of 1995 and our Ada branch, where we sell farms, ranches, and new homes opened in 2001. AdvantEdge Real Estate Group (originally Coldwell Banker AdvantEdge) began in 1998 becoming independent in 2008.
A true "One Stop" real estate company—Paradigm AdvantEdge not only offers traditional services where customers can list, sell and buy homes, but we also provide on-site loan qualification mortgage loans, and complete title service.
Our office is conveniently located in the north Oklahoma City/Edmond metro area in our new building at NW 162nd and May Avenue. We service all 17 outlying communities. Paradigm AdvantEdge offers a great concept in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan real estate market. Paradigm AdvantEdge is independently owned and operated by Charlene Wilson, Pat Hoge, and Mike Cassidy. The broker of record for the agency is J.D. Hadley, along with the co-broker, Judy Lindsey. Today we have 160+ real estate professionals and 12 highly trained administrative staff members. Our sales have grown steadily since our founding in 1995.
